DAY 2: PCRM 21days VEGAN KiCKSTART

Well, I know i’m supposed to follow the diet; however, I don’t have all the ingredients in my pantry yet. I am going to make the zuke scramble tomorrow!!! All day today, I basically ate Korean bibimbap without meat or egg and used brown rice instead of white. Plus, I loaded myself with organic carrots and tomatoes. I’m still bonking on my work-outs… I’ll have to make my satisfying steel cut oats and real pumpkin for breakfast… Time for some warm soy milky before I go to bed.
